Classic Pepperoni Heat
The slice that built the city. Curled cup-and-char pepperoni, our house red sauce, bubbling whole-milk mozzarella, finished with a kiss of chili crisp.
Hand-stretched dough, bubbling cheese, bold sauce, and that perfect city slice energy — pulled fresh out of a 900° wood-fired oven, all night long.
Four pies, four obsessions. Each one engineered in our kitchen — slow-fermented dough, San Marzano sauce, fresh mozzarella, and a 90-second blast in the inferno.
The slice that built the city. Curled cup-and-char pepperoni, our house red sauce, bubbling whole-milk mozzarella, finished with a kiss of chili crisp.
Three ingredients, zero excuses. Crushed San Marzano, torn fior di latte, and basil leaves dropped on the second the slice exits the oven.
No red sauce, all luxury. Roasted cremini and oyster mushrooms over creamy ricotta, finished with shaved black truffle and a slick of white truffle oil.
Creamy vodka sauce, blistered mozzarella, a heavy lacing of Mike's Hot Honey and crushed chili. Sweet, sticky, dangerous. The slice that ate Brooklyn.
Every slice, lifted hot, served loud. Watch the cheese stretch a full city block as we hand the next pie over the marble counter. This is the moment we live for.
Slice Society was born one cold December on Bedford Avenue with a 900-pound brick oven, a sack of high-protein flour, and a stubborn idea: bring the real New York slice back to the neighborhood.
We slow-rise our dough for 72 hours. We crush San Marzano tomatoes by hand and finish every pie with torn basil, a drizzle of chili oil, and a pinch of sea salt. The crust comes out leopard-spotted, crispy on the edge, foldable in the middle — the way it's been done for a hundred years.
No shortcuts. No frozen anything. Just bubbling mozzarella, late-night city energy, and a slice that tastes like the block it lives on.
A wood-fired oven, hand-fed with seasoned oak and almond. 900° of pure heat. Every pie kisses the flame for 90 seconds — and walks out a legend.
Slow fermented 72 hours, tossed by hand every single day. Crispy edge, airy crumb, perfect fold.
Pulled in-house each morning. Whole milk, low moisture, melts into golden pools the way pizza was meant to.
Crushed San Marzano, sea salt, a touch of garlic and oregano. No sugar. No cooking. Just the real thing.
Slice on the counter in two minutes. Whole pie in twelve. We move at the speed of the city.

Best late-night slice in Brooklyn. Walked in at 1 a.m., walked out reborn. That crust is something else.
The hot honey vodka slice is unreal. I've eaten it three times this week. I am not okay. Please send help — and another slice.
Crispy crust, perfect sauce, fast service. The margherita tastes like Naples and the pepperoni tastes like New York. Iconic.
Order ahead. Walk in hungry. Walk out a regular. The oven's already on.
